You will work closely with clients to assess HR processes, policies, and systems, and provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models. Your work will involve assisting clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality.

The Opportunity
As part of PwC's Workforce Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in HR technology implementation engagements, directly collaborating with client HR teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your knowledge to lead implementation workstreams, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating complex HR processes and technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR technology implementation projects and manage workstreams

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Hands-on implementation experience with enterprise HR platforms preferred
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- End-to-end HR module implementation experience
- Working knowledge of HR compliance requirements
- Managing client-facing meetings and stakeholder expectations
- Having familiarity with HR data migration processes
- Identifying and documenting HR process gaps
- Understanding of HR service delivery models
- Possessing experience working across multiple HR functional areas
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
