Werner is looking for an individual passionate about Workday; including Workday integrations, design, development, deployment of integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), testing, and ETL. We are looking for a driven candidate with experience supporting and maintaining integrations in a live and post-production Workday environment. Look forward to working cross functionally in this transformation initiative and keep the ball rolling in this fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting/troubleshooting of Workday inbound and outbound integrations, changes to existing integrations, and develop net new integrations
  • Understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards
  • Analyzing and translating business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications
  • Designing and developing interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests
  • Maintaining integration designs and documentation over time
  • Ensuring integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements
  • Managing system integrations within the architecture of the Workday system
  • Consulting with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate on design decisions
  • Understanding and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality
  • Understanding and follow defined integration/development standards and best practice

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with XML and XSLT development/testing
  • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
  • Ability to work and coordinate with cross-functional teams on data related inquiries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Workday Certification(s) is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience with Workday integration tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)
  • 5+ years experience with ETL processes and tools
