WHOOP is seeking a Wholesale Inventory Analyst, Accessories & Apparel to support the growth of our wholesale A&A business. This role will help manage inventory visibility, reporting, and replenishment across wholesale accounts, while providing insights that enable better inventory and planning decisions.

You will work closely with Wholesale A&A Planning and cross-functional partners across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in merchandise and inventory planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own weekly sales and inventory reporting across the wholesale A&A business.

  • Monitor sell-through, weeks of supply, inventory availability, and other key inventory metrics.

  • Identify potential stockouts, excess inventory, and replenishment opportunities.

  • Support replenishment recommendations and inventory movement across wholesale accounts.

  • Analyze performance across accounts, categories, styles, and SKUs to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Support seasonal planning, product launches, and ongoing forecast updates.

  • Maintain reporting and planning tools that improve visibility and decision-making.

  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and Operations to support inventory needs and resolve issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Merchandising, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience; internship or co-op experience is welcome.

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort working with data.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Organized, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Interest in consumer products, wholesale, retail, and Accessories & Apparel.

  • Experience with SQL or BI/data visualization tools is a plus.

  • This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $85,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
