Manage the company website end to end, including CMS updates, front-end troubleshooting, copywriting, CRO, A/B testing, analytics, SEO, accessibility, performance, and structured data. Partner with marketing, design, growth teams, developers, and agencies to launch pages and campaigns. Own the website roadmap, conduct audits, identify improvements, and prioritize enhancements using data, testing results, and business priorities.
Lone Wolf’s website is often the first place customers experience our brand — it needs to be fast, clear, and effortless to use, just like the software we build. We’re looking for a Website Manager who can own that experience end to end, write copy that converts, and keep improving the site based on real data and testing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company website day-to-day, including page builds, content updates, and site structure within the CMS (Sanity experience a plus)
- Make basic front-end updates and troubleshoot issues using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Write and edit on-site copy — headlines, CTAs, microcopy, and page content — that’s clear, on-brand, and built to convert
- Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) for the site: identify friction points and opportunities across key pages and funnels
- Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on pages, CTAs, forms, and layouts; turn results into shipped improvements
- Monitor site analytics (traffic, engagement, conversion, page performance) and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Partner with Marketing, Design, and Growth teams to launch new pages, campaigns, and landing pages
- Own site performance fundamentals — page speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Develop and maintain structured data schema code (JSON-LD) to improve search engine optimization and AI engine optimization visibility
- Conduct regular audits of site content, links, and functionality to catch and fix issues proactively
- Manage website roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on data, test results, and business priorities
- Coordinate with developers or agencies on larger technical projects when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing a website in a professional CMS environment
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO tools/methodology (e.g., HubSpot, Optimizely, or similar)
- Strong copywriting skills — able to write and edit clear, persuasive, on-brand site copy
- Proficient with AI tools and committed to continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies
- Comfortable reading analytics data (e.g., GA4) and turning insights into concrete site improvements and test hypotheses
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Nice To Haves:
- Sanity CMS experience
- Experience with SEO fundamentals, page speed optimization, or accessibility standards
- B2B SaaS or real estate/proptech experience
