About the Role
NinjaOne is growing at a pace that requires more than just "hiring"; it requires a sophisticated, scalable talent architecture. As the VP of Talent Acquisition , you will be the strategic owner of our global hiring engine. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff , you will sit at the intersection of business operations and people strategy, ensuring we have the talent density required to meet our ambitious roadmap.
This is a role for a builder-leader. You will provide the vision for our global recruiting operations-focusing on tech stack optimization, reporting & data integrity, and process rigor-while maintaining a leadership style rooted in accountability, mentorship, and psychological safety. You are here to build a world-class function that is as efficient as it is human.
This is not a traditional HR role; it is a business-critical operations leadership position. You will be responsible for optimizing a high-velocity, data-driven recruiting engine that can scale as fast as our ambitions. As our VP of Talent Acquisition , you aren't just managing a department; you are the chief caretaker of our culture and growth . You will serve as a bridge between our ambitious business goals and the real humans who make them possible.
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid in office 2-3 days per week.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Architecture & Global Scaling
  • Operational Roadmap: Design and execute a global TA strategy that aligns with NinjaOne's multi-year business goals. You will ensure we can scale rapidly across diverse markets (NA, EMEA, APAC) without losing our culture or quality bar. Scale 1,000+ hires annually while maintaining hiring quality and cultural alignment.

  • Workforce Planning: Own enterprise workforce planning and partnership with C-Suite, Finance and department leaders. Build and maintain capacity models and strategically balance recruiter workloads.

  • Business Partnership: Act as a key advisor to the Chief of Staff and the Executive team, translating business objectives into headcount plans and resource allocation.

  • Employer Value Prop: Partner with Marketing to ensure our global brand is authentic, compelling, and effectively reaching the right talent in competitive SaaS markets.

Tech Stack & Data-Driven Governance
  • Systems Leadership: Own the evolution of our global TA tech stack. You will ensure our tools (ATS, CRM, Sourcing AI) are integrated, automated, and actually making the team's lives easier-not harder.

  • Tech Savvy: You have a deep understanding of the HR tech landscape and have successfully led enterprise-scale implementations of tools like Jobvite, Greenhouse, etc.

  • Predictive Analytics: Build and own TA Analytics, Move beyond "hiring stats" to deep, actionable talent intelligence. Use data to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring capacity, and provide the C-suite with a clear view.

  • Executive Reporting: Build and deliver C-Suite ready dashboards, that are informative, easy to consume

  • Process Excellence: Establish clear, high-standard SOPs and SLAs that ensure a consistent, "white-glove" experience for candidates and hiring managers globally.

  • Data with Context: Use data and dashboards to tell a story. You don't just report numbers; you provide the "why" behind them, using insights to protect the team from burnout and advocate for the resources they need.

High-Performance Leadership
  • Manage & Mentor: Lead the global team with the Head of Talent Acquisition. You are responsible for their growth, performance, and well-being, fostering a culture where high-accountability and high-support coexist.

  • Change Management: Lead the organization through the shifts that come with hyper-growth, ensuring the recruiting team remains resilient, motivated, and clear on their mission.

  • Cultural Stewardship: Protect and promote NinjaOne's values-Curiosity, Integrity, Humility, Kindness and Builders-ensuring they are the foundation of our hiring process and team culture.

About You
  • The Track Record: 12+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 6+ years leading leaders in a high-growth SaaS environment. You've successfully navigated the jump from $500M to $1B+ ARR. Can clearly articulate past outcomes such as reductions in time-to-fill, improved offer acceptance rates, recruiter productivity gains, or forecasting accuracy.

  • Technical Depth: You are an expert in recruiting operations. You know what "great" looks like for a global ATS implementation and how to leverage data to drive executive-level decisions. You naturally think in systems, inputs, constraints, and outputs, not just roles and requisitions.

  • The "Grounded" Leader: You have a high EQ and a low ego. You can hold a team to a high standard of execution while still being the leader people want to work for.

  • Operational Rigor: You believe that "process sets you free." You enjoy the challenge of taking a complex, global operation and making it run like a well-oiled machine. You have personally built and owned workforce planning models, hiring capacity forecasts, and executive hiring dashboards in partnership with Finance and business leaders. You manage the forecast against market conditions and delivery capacity and navigate change to align to achieve business outcomes while enabling the TA team for success.

  • Systems Ownership: You have owned TA data integrity in the ATS, and integrations with HRIS, and Finance systems, establishing shared definitions and governance that executives trust.

  • Communication: You are a polished communicator who can simplify complex talent challenges into clear, actionable business solutions for the Chief of Staff.
