Position Summary
Access Healthcare is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to support enterprise growth across our healthcare revenue cycle management and AI-enabled managed services portfolio.
This individual contributor role is responsible for driving new logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, and enterprise sales execution across health systems, physician groups, ambulatory organizations, and strategic healthcare markets.
The ideal candidate is a proven healthcare sales executive with deep RCM outsourcing expertise, strong executive presence, disciplined sales execution, and a demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise healthcare deals in the Mid-Atlantic Territory (OH, PA, KY, WV, VA, MD, DE).
Candidates without direct healthcare RCM outsourcing sales experience will not be considered. Candidates that do not currently live and work in the Mid-Atlantic Territory (OH, PA, KY, WV, VA, MD, DE) will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Sales & Business Development
- Drive enterprise-level new logo growth across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory platforms, and strategic healthcare organizations
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through contracting and operational transition
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities within target accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed annual quota targets
Strategic Commercial Execution
- Position Access Healthcare as an AI-enabled managed services partner focused on operational outcomes
- Effectively articulate Access Healthcare’s value proposition, operational capabilities, and embedded automation strategy
- Collaborate closely with Solutions, Operations, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, and Legal throughout the sales cycle
- Support pricing strategy, proposal development, executive presentations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce
Executive Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Revenue Cycle leaders, and executive healthcare stakeholders
- Lead executive-level presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions
- Represent Access Healthcare at industry conferences, client meetings, and executive forums
- Develop long-term relationships that support both immediate revenue generation and future strategic growth
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
- Proven track record selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) outsourcing and technology-enabled services
- Demonstrated success closing multi-year enterprise agreements valued at $1M+ annually
- Experience managing complex, long-cycle enterprise pursuits (6–24 months)
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations and enterprise healthcare buying cycles
- Experience selling into C-suite healthcare stakeholders including CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leadership
- Prior RCM BPO experience is required

- Existing relationships within provider organizations, PE-backed healthcare platforms, or IDNs strongly preferred
- Experience selling within highly matrixed enterprise healthcare environments preferred
