We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead our go-to-market operating system across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this high-impact leadership role, you will own the processes, systems, and analytics that drive predictable revenue growth, working closely with senior leaders across the organization. This is a critical opportunity to shape the engine behind our next stage of growth.
Your Challenge
- Drive GTM Strategy and Execution: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to define and execute a unified go-to-market strategy that supports our bookings and growth objectives.
- Own Funnel & Forecasting Infrastructure: Design and operationalize the end-to-end funnel—from top-of-funnel marketing to closed/won revenue—ensuring visibility into conversion metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Lead RevOps Systems & Architecture: Oversee and continuously optimize the GTM tech stack, including our CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, prospecting platforms, enablement systems, and customer success tools.
- Scale GTM Insights: Enhance our performance analytics framework to track pipeline velocity, win/loss analysis, channel ROI, rep productivity, and customer lifecycle metrics.
- Enable Strategic Planning: Support GTM leaders with forecasting, headcount modeling, territory design, and quota planning to drive scalable growth.
- Drive Change Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve GTM efficiency and drive adoption of systems and processes.
- Lead and Develop the RevOps Team: Mentor and grow the existing team while shaping the function’s structure, priorities, and capabilities to support a high-growth organization.
Is This You?
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS or consulting environment
- Proven ability to lead and influence within a matrixed, global organization
- Demonstrated success in building high-performing RevOps teams and scaling go-to-market infrastructure
- Deep expertise with GTM tech stacks, including Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, Gainsight, Tableau, and related tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Executive-level communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading strategic change and driving cross-functional adoption
