We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of GTM and Sales Enablement to build and scale a world-class enablement function across our global SaaS sales organization. In this high-impact, cross-functional leadership role, you’ll own the strategy, tools, content, and training programs that empower go-to-market teams—from onboarding to ongoing development—to close more deals, faster.

You’ll align field execution with product readiness and GTM strategy, ensuring teams are equipped with the right knowledge at the right time. GTM Enablement Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a unified enablement strategy for all GTM roles (AE, SE, BDR/SDR, Channel, Sales Leadership), aligned to customer journey stages and core sales motions.
  • Build scalable, role-specific enablement frameworks that reduce ramp time, increase product fluency, and drive consistent pipeline generation.
  • Partner with leaders across Revenue, Marketing, Product, and Ops to ensure enablement programs support business priorities and adapt to evolving market needs.
Program Development & Delivery
  • Design scalable data-driven onboarding and continuous learning programs tailored to GTM roles and regional needs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Sales Kickoffs (SKOs), product launches, and field readiness initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Integrate modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) into training and enablement programs.
Content & Learning Design
  • Oversee the development and governance of enablement content, including playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and role-based frameworks grounded in customer and deal insights.
  • Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) to deliver scalable, outcome-oriented learning experiences across diverse formats.
  • Manage enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle) to ensure content accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with GTM strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Channel, Product, and L&D teams to drive alignment and effective execution.
  • Champion change management and promote adoption of enablement initiatives across global field teams.
  • Embed enablement into the product release and campaign lifecycle to ensure timely readiness and performance support.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Define enablement success metrics and build dashboards to track enablement impact on revenue performance (e.g., time-to-ramp, win rates, content utilization).
  • Leverage sales performance data, learner analytics, and stakeholder feedback to continuously iterate and optimize enablement programs.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or a related field; graduate degree strongly preferred.
  • Certifications in instructional design, adult learning, and sales methodology preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and channel enablement, with a strong focus on SaaS or cloud-based B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to scale global enablement programs in high-growth or hyper-scale organizations.
  • Advanced expertise in instructional design, content development, and adult learning theory.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) and their application in SaaS go-to-market motions.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-impact global SKOs, product launches, and enablement programs that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and program management skills.
  • Deep experience with tools like Highspot, Seismic, Mindtickle, or similar enablement and learning platforms.
  • Skilled in applying adult learning theory and the ADDIE model to create scalable, outcome-driven learning experiences across diverse formats.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, drive innovation, or support problem-solving.

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$163,170$214,000 USD
