Role Description/Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager to design, implement, and oversee high impact and engaging learning experiences across the USWA and AIB businesses, cultivating a learning culture that empowers sales with the skills to drive results. This role will manage multiple initiatives including but not limited to, skills and product training for sales, leadership development and digital learning transformation. This role collaborates with business leaders and SMEs to assess learning needs, create impactful training solutions, oversee program execution, and track key performance metrics to measure effectiveness.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the Americas Learning and Development platform lead to build and execute a learning strategy aligned with the strategic initiatives across businesses
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps through available data liaising with the broader Learning and Development team and regional sales leadership
  • Work with senior leadership and partners to design learning experiences that drive consistency, effectiveness and excellence so that all client-facing employees feel empowered to grow their own, prosperous client relationships and careers 
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders and partners to ensure learning curriculum supports the needs of our diverse set of regional sales team
  • Communicate with leadership to ensure accountability across learning program lifecycle
  • Support sales learning through available technology including third party tools; manage relationships with vendors where applicable
  • Implement and support blended learning strategies, incorporating digital and in-person elements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance data.
  • Ensure all training materials align with organizational goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications:

  • High energy, flexible, motivated individual with a commitment to excellence and interest in learning
  • Self-motivated and able to partner across business functions
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - experience in managing diverse stakeholder group
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning technologies
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Interest in learning technology, as well as innovating and challenging the status quo
  • Ability to represent BlackRock in a professional manner with ability to interface directly and substantively with senior sales and business leaders


 

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$137,500.00 - USD$194,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
