About this role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Adoption & Change Management to lead our efforts in driving enterprise technology change and adoption across BlackRock. This senior-level role will be responsible for managing a global team of change management professionals and working closely with senior leaders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of enterprise technologies and processes.

This position requires a unique blend of analytical acumen and creative flair to drive technology initiatives across the firm. It is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and advancing BlackRock’s digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead comprehensive change management strategies to support the adoption of technologies and processes.
  • Lead and manage a global team of change management and adoption professionals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and align adoption initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Create systematic, scalable approaches to educate employees on enterprise technology.
  • Manage internal champion communities like the Tech Ambassador Program and online resources like the Tech Hub to drive tech adoption across the firm.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management and adoption efforts, using both quantitative (usage data) and qualitative (employee feedback) metrics.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and technology adoption, including AI and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with BlackRock organizational team members to ensure the transfer of best practices and the development of effective plans and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior change management role, preferably within a large, international organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams.
  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite and SaaS applications preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful change management strategies.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


 

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$195,000.00 - USD$275,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
