In addition to driving hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

The VP of Product will play an integral role in defining and leading Bevi's product strategy, ensuring alignment with growth objectives, and driving innovation. Reporting to the CEO, this role will oversee the Product and Design functions while crafting cohesive long-term product strategies, developing a passionate team, and bringing products to market that align with our mission and values.

What You'll Do

Category Creation

  • Design experiences that challenge existing mental models and create new market expectations
  • Identify opportunities to develop and define entirely new product categories
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to articulate the value proposition
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives that position Bevi as a pioneer in our space
  • Use market analytics and customer insights to validate and test category opportunities

Product Leadership

  • Apply a general manager mentality to balance customer needs with business outcomes
  • Define and execute product strategies balancing short-term wins with long-term vision
  • Lead products through their entire lifecycle from ideation to sunset with a quality and customer-first approach
  • Champion intuitive, user-friendly experiences that differentiate our products
  • Leverage data analytics, KPIs, and experimental insights to drive product decisions

Team Leadership

  • Build and develop a high-performing product and design team
  • Create an environment that encourages innovation, quality, customer focus, and speed to market
  • Implement frameworks for iteration and systematic knowledge sharing
  • Coach team members to employ data-driven approaches for prioritization and evaluation
  • Establish clear metrics for success and accountability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner strategically with key stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Align product efforts to business outcomes using measurable KPIs
  • Lead with transparent communication across all organizational levels
  • Create mechanisms for sharing insights and learnings
  • Drive decision-making around product priorities using objective data and analysis
Requirements
  • Track record of developing products that define or transform markets at scale, with experience guiding products through complete lifecycles (Hardware, Software, and/or IoT spaces preferred)
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing product teams in a growth environment
  • Demonstrates leadership through action, setting high personal standards for work quality, decision-making velocity, and cross-functional collaboration that inspires teams to follow suit
  • Deep empathy for user needs with a commitment to quality throughout the product lifecycle
  • P&L ownership mentality that balances customer experience with business outcomes
  • Experience implementing effective customer feedback mechanisms and data-driven decision processes
  • Ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps while maintaining agility
  • Strong communication skills that build trust and relationships across diverse teams and external stakeholders
