About Foundant

At Foundant, we build mission-critical software for the social good ecosystem — helping foundations, grantmakers, nonprofits, and community organizations streamline their work, strengthen relationships, and maximize their impact. We serve the giving community worldwide with a comprehensive suite of solutions spanning grant management, community foundation software, and giving analytics.

We're a unified company shaped by strong roots across our product portfolio, and we operate with intention and purpose. Our team of ~350 people across six countries is connected by a shared North Star: to be the trusted partner and strategic advisor to the communities we serve.

Where You’ll Work:
  • As a remote-first workplace, we believe in offering flexibility and the freedom to work where it suits you best, while staying connected through technology. Our global network of talent is supported by physical office hubs and virtual collaboration, fostering a dynamic environment where innovation and growth thrive.
  • With office locations in Bozeman, MT, Toronto, Canada, and Dublin, Ireland, you'll be part of a globally connected team. Whether you're working remotely or from one of our office locations, you'll be contributing to a vibrant, collaborative culture focused on driving meaningful impact across the world.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the product management function across Foundant's portfolio of SaaS products, serving customers across the US, Canada, the EU, Australia, and the UK.
  • Lead the Product Managers, Product Owners, and Product Designers aligned to each product line, setting direction and raising the bar for how the portfolio is built and run.
  • Build out the organizational competency, process maturity and tooling.
  • Instrument active listening, structured data and signals, and operational metrics across the portfolio.
  • Partner with the CTO, CEO, and Chief Strategy Officer to shape portfolio-level strategy and investment prioritie, across both organic and inorganic initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering leadership on execution of product initiatives and roadmap objectives.
  • Partner with leaders in the Sales and Marketing and Customer Success organizations to ensure downstream GTM execution that drives product releases to realization of value.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including experience building and leading product management organizations at scale.
  • Proven experience leading Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design functions together within SaaS organizations.
  • Experience operating a multi-product, multi-region SaaS portfolio, ideally spanning international markets such as the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and/or Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience selecting, implementing, and scaling product management process/methodology, tooling and infrastructure to support organizational maturity.
  • MBA preferred
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
What You’ll Bring to our Team Dynamics:Strategic Thinking

Translates Foundant's North Star into a coherent portfolio strategy across five SaaS products and five global markets, partnering with the CTO, CEO, and Chief Strategy Officer to shape organic and inorganic investment decisions that move the whole portfolio forward together.

Performance Advancement

Builds the operating backbone of the product management function — active listening, structured signals, and portfolio-level metrics — creating the visibility needed to catch problems early and double down on what's actually working for the people we serve.

Decision-Making

Weighs data, market signals, and cross-functional input to make and defend prioritization and investment calls across a five-product portfolio, staying transparent with executive peers about trade-offs rather than papering over them.

Staff Development

Builds bench strength across the Product Management, Product Ownership, and Product Design leaders at each product line, coaching them to raise both craft and business impact.

Change Management

Leads the organization through the process, tooling, and operating-model changes required to mature the product management function, bringing teams along with clear reasoning rather than top-down mandates.
