We are seeking a VP, Product Management, AI to define and lead this transformation. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this executive will own the AI strategy across the Quickbase platform, guiding a team of product leaders to deliver intelligent, autonomous, and trusted capabilities that extend the power of our no-code ecosystem. 

Responsibilities 

·      Set the Vision: Establish Quickbase’s agentic AI roadmap, focusing on how AI can accelerate solution building, automate complex processes, and empower “builders” of every skill level. 

·      Agentic AI Innovation: Reimagine work with AI for our key personas. We are moving into a work transformation where we go from creation to curation. Shape experiences where Quickbase leads to charge in this revolution. 

·      Business Impact: Define monetization strategies, pricing models, and KPIs for AI products that align with Quickbase’s growth and market leadership. 

·      Customer Empowerment: Ensure AI features align with Quickbase’s mission—giving non-technical users confidence to build and manage sophisticated AI technologies, tools and solutions securely and responsibly. 

·      Inspire & Lead: Scale and mentor a high-performing product management team (6–12 anticipated), instilling a culture of innovation, customer empathy, and measurable impact. 

·      Platform Excellence: Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI-infused features—from concept through roadmap, launch, and adoption—anchored in business value and customer outcomes. 

·      Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, UX, Research, and Customer Success to deliver seamless, scalable AI features across the Quickbase platform. 

·      Market & Competitive Insight: Build a strong fact base on market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to keep Quickbase at the forefront of enterprise low-code innovation. 

Professional Experience 

·      15+ years in product management, including 7+ in leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software. 

·      Experience building products at the intersection of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms. 

·      Demonstrated success defining and launching AI-driven features that transform user experiences at scale. 

·      Strong commercial fluency in monetization, pricing, and business models. 

·      Ability to synthesize complex technical capabilities (AI/ML, LLMs, agentic systems) into simple, empowering solutions for non-technical users. 

·      Proven record of leading, coaching, and inspiring high-performing product teams. 

·      High EQ, excellent communication skills, and the ability to align stakeholders around a bold vision.

At Quickbase, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to equitable pay practices. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $330,000 per year. The exact compensation offered will be based on experience, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Beyond salary, employees receive bonus/commission eligibility and access to a full benefits package including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, etc.
