Why this role matters

Insurify’s insurance marketplace attracts millions of high-intent shoppers every month. To turn that traffic into a diversified, scalable revenue engine, we need a senior leader who can build an advertising and data-licensing business from the ground up—balancing yield, user experience, and long-term partner value.

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.

What you’ll own
  • Revenue strategy & P&L – define targets, pricing, packaging, and forecasting for display, native, programmatic-guaranteed, and data products.
  • Sales & partner development – close six- and seven-figure IOs with carriers, OEMs, agencies, and adjacent-vertical brands; expand relationships into multi-year agreements.
  • AdTech & data stack – oversee header bidding, SSP/DSP integrations, clean-room/audience solutions, identity, and privacy compliance.
  • Yield & operations – set floor-price rules, manage PMP inventory, build real-time dashboards, and drive continuous A/B testing of formats and placements.
  • Cross-functional leadership – partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to launch features, hit OKRs, and maintain healthy margins.
  • Team building – hire, coach, and retain a high-performing group of sellers, analysts, and ad-ops specialists.
What you’ll bring
  • 10+ years leading digital ad revenue and data-partnership initiatives at high-traffic consumer platforms or marketplaces.
  • Proven record of growing annual ad revenue from single- to double-digit millions through programmatic and direct channels.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with GAM, Prebid, OpenRTB, SPO strategies, first-party data activation, and GDPR/CCPA best practices.
  • Strong network across advertisers, agencies, SSPs/DSPs, and data providers.
  • Analytical fluency (SQL/BigQuery, Tableau, Go) and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Inclusive, metrics-driven leadership style; comfortable scaling hybrid teams.

Insurify is committed to offering a fair, competitive, and transparent compensation program that supports our mission to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Our compensation philosophy is guided by several factors including a candidate’s relevant experience, education/training, job-related skills, and location.

In addition to the base salary our total compensation package includes health coverage, retirement contributions, and additional wellbeing benefits. Some positions may be eligible for company equity.

Below is the base compensation range for US locations:

$170,000-$190,000
