Less complexity. More dentistry. More impact.

At Videa, we help dental clinicians deliver better care to millions of patients through AI.

Oral health is health. Dentists are protectors of societal wellness. We build technology that enhances the moment of care, amplifies clinical expertise, and makes proactive oral healthcare the norm.

Thousands of clinicians rely on Videa every day. Your work here will be reflected in real practice, improving real patient outcomes. If you want to build something that matters, keep reading.

The Role

We are hiring a VP Marketing to own and scale a revenue-driven marketing engine that directly impacts Videa's growth trajectory, enterprise pipeline, and category leadership.

This is a company-defining role, not a traditional marketing leadership position. You will be responsible for building a repeatable, high-performing go-to-market system that drives pipeline, accelerates enterprise deals, establishes Videa as the AI-powered dental care leader, and creates a unified platform narrative that resonates across multiple market segments.

You will report directly to the CEO and work as a core member of the leadership team, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape how we grow.

Key Responsibilities: Revenue & Multi-Segment Pipeline Growth
  • Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets across Enterprise, Mid-market DSO, and SMB segments, with clear accountability to revenue outcomes

  • Build and scale predictable demand generation engines tailored to each segment: Enterprise ABM, mid-market awareness campaigns, and high-volume SMB inbound

  • Drive pipeline creation specifically targeting the 500+ mid-market DSOs where Videa currently has minimal presence

  • Improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and win rates in partnership with Sales across all segments

Brand Leadership & Category Definition
  • Own and define the category of AI-powered dental care, positioning Videa as the clear leader ahead of Overjet, Pearl, and other emerging AI competitors

  • Develop and amplify the unified platform narrative: 'Videa helps dental groups grow revenue and reduce labor through one AI workflow across imaging, voice, and revenue'

  • Drive thought leadership, PR, and market presence that establishes Videa as the go-to AI platform for both enterprise DSOs and individual practices

  • Create compelling proof-driven selling assets that counter competitive noise and demonstrate clear ROI

Enterprise & Complex Sales Support
  • Support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with strong ICP definition, segmentation, and account-based strategies

  • Equip Sales with the messaging, content, and proof points needed to win high-value deals and compete effectively in enterprise evaluations

  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline strategy, coverage, and execution across all market segments

Channel & Partner Marketing
  • Build and execute comprehensive channel and partner marketing programs to amplify reach and drive pipeline through strategic partnerships

  • Develop channel enablement strategies, co-marketing campaigns, and partner-driven demand generation programs

  • Create scalable partner onboarding and enablement processes that drive consistent partner performance

Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Strategy
  • Develop comprehensive customer marketing programs that drive expansion, retention, and advocacy within the existing customer base

  • Create nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing strategies that maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn

  • Partner with Customer Success to align marketing efforts with customer health scores and expansion opportunities

Product & GTM Strategy
  • Partner with Product and Sales to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for new product launches and market expansions

  • Bring market insight, customer understanding, and competitive intelligence into product and GTM decisions

  • Ensure tight alignment between product roadmap, messaging, and commercial execution across all market segments

Team & Systems
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing, brand, customer marketing, and marketing operations

  • Establish scalable systems for attribution, performance tracking, and revenue operations across all segments and channels

  • Create a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement with a 70/30 operator-to-strategist balance

What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, scaling marketing from early traction to repeatable growth

  • Proven track record of owning pipeline and revenue outcomes across Enterprise, Mid-market, and SMB segments

  • Strong foundation in product marketing OR demand generation, with experience in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles

  • Experience with channel/partner marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and brand building for category leadership

  • Builder mentality — 70% operator / 30% strategist — with strong analytical mindset and revenue operations experience

  • Exceptional storytelling skills and ability to align marketing, sales, and product into unified go-to-market execution

  • A passion to utilize your skills to improve the world by positively impacting people's health!

Bonus Points

  • Experience in healthcare, AI, or regulated industries

  • Experience marketing to clinicians, providers, or healthcare systems

  • Track record at category-defining companies with experience in new market creation

Why This Role Matters
  • You will help define a new category at the intersection of AI and healthcare

  • You will work on technology that is already used daily in clinical practice — not theoretical AI

  • You will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape company strategy and growth

  • You will build the marketing foundation for the next stage of scale and establish Videa as the unified AI platform leader

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation and meaningful equity
• Unlimited PTO
• 100 percent company-paid dental and vision coverage
