Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of revenue cycle management (RCM) products for dental practices. Translate dental insurance rules, CDT coding, and claims workflows into scalable features, prototype rapidly with AI tools, validate feasibility with engineering, and optimize for denial reduction, faster reimbursement, and workflow automation.

The Account Executive will manage the complete sales cycle, generate new business for Videa, and build client relationships, particularly in the dental industry. Responsibilities include prospecting, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales goals.

Design, build, and deploy production ML systems that combine structured clinical/EHR data with computer vision outputs. Own model calibration, interpretability, monitoring, drift detection, retraining workflows, and regulatory documentation. Partner cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and translate clinical questions into reliable, production-grade ML solutions.

The VP Marketing at Videa will lead the marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, oversee demand generation, and establish Videa's category leadership in AI-powered dental care.

Serve as the clinical voice for a portfolio of dental accounts, driving product adoption, defining clinical success metrics, designing training and educational assets, managing escalations, and translating clinical feedback to product and GTM teams to improve outcomes and retention.

Lead test automation efforts: evaluate frameworks, increase backend/API coverage, integrate automated tests into CI/CD, foster automation culture, and collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and AI scientists to improve product quality.
