Summary

Looking for an experienced IoT DevOps Leader with expertise in AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team in designing and implementing DevOps processes for IoT solutions, as well as automating development and deployment activities using a variety of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, AWS Code Pipeline and many more.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong background in AWS Cloud, 7 to 8 years
  • Experience working with IoT solutions, 5-6 years
  • Have handled Synchronize firmware and software updates for very large device fleets.
  • Implement security and alarming standards to prevent data leakages.
  • Implement Monitoring and Alerts for proactive fleet management
  • Working knowledge of Java, Python, C#
  • Preferred to have AWS Certifications
  • Program development and execution leadership

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement DevOps processes for IoT solutions
  • Strong understanding of the AWS framework including IoT Services offered in AWS
  • Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and applications on the AWS Cloud
  • Bring thought leadership in designing the scalable and robust solution
  • Automate development and deployment activities using a variety of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, AWS Code Pipeline and many more
  • Set up rigorous testing mechanisms to ensure high-quality automated releases are delivered to customers
  • Strong expertise of 10-12 years with AWS Platform and IoT device testing
  • Experience with cloud computing, DevOps and containers
  • Solid understanding of cloud solutions and cloud computing architecture
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical goals
  • Familiarity with scalability, reliance, cybersecurity concepts
  • Contribute to the development of standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Guide and manage the support strategic for the platform.
  • Manage business expectations of service availability and negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the business and third-party partners.
  • Complete assigned software projects on time and within budget.
  • Integration and cohesion of developed or reviewed architecture solutions across all architectural layers
  • Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of IoT solutions.
