We are seeking a VP of Information Technology to lead Silverfort’s internal technology strategy and operations as we scale globally. Reporting directly to the CTO, this senior leader will be responsible for enterprise applications, IT operations, infrastructure, and internal tech enablement. This role is highly cross-functional and central to scaling our systems and processes across the company.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the information technology vision and roadmap aligned with Silverfort’s strategic goals and rapid global growth
- Oversee core domains including:
- Enterprise Applications & Internal Systems – SaaS portfolio, ERP, AI tool enablement, integrations (iPaaS, APIs), CRM, and cross-department automation
- IT Operations & Infrastructure – Manage hybrid cloud/on-prem datacenter environments, virtualization, storage, and networking at scale
- IT Strategy & Business Operations – Strategic planning, KPIs/OKRs, IT budgeting, portfolio management, vendor governance, executive reporting
- IT Service Management - Implement and evolve ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change management.
- Identity & Access Management - Ensure robust enforcement of SSO, MFA, IAM policies to safeguard internal access
- Partner with Security, G&A, GTM, and R&D leaders to support cross-functional technology initiatives
- Champion digital transformation through AI-powered automation, workflow orchestration, and self-service enablement for internal teams
- Establish and track operational metrics to drive uptime, reliability, and continuous service improvement
- Cultivate a secure, scalable, and user-friendly technology environment across Silverfort’s global offices
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in internal technology and corporate IT within global, scaling tech environments
- 7+ years in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Proven success managing business systems (ERP, CRM, financial tools), SaaS ecosystems, and internal Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS), virtualization, identity & access management, device and network architecture
- Strong team builder and cross-functional collaborator
- Deep understanding of automation, workflow orchestration, and integration platforms
- Experience overseeing IT/IS budgets, vendors, contracts, and internal compliance
- Proven track record managing complex SaaS ecosystems, ERP, CRM, financial systems, and internal IT operations
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a history of collaborating effectively across executive and cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in cybersecurity or working in a security-driven culture is highly desirable
