Description

Silverfort is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing, cross-border Marketing team.

This role will report to the VP of Growth Marketing and will be instrumental in boosting our organic traffic through SEO best practices. We’re looking for someone who is committed to ensuring we are found where our prospects are searching, embraces AI (and knows how to harness its potential), loves localization, and eagerly seeks data to inform editorial decisions.

Your day-to-day job will involve collaborating on and executing content campaigns that fuel organic traffic across regions. You’ll ensure we’re addressing topics with precision and clarity. You’ll need to be a lover of B2B stories well told and unafraid to dive into the tech to get the messaging just right. In return, you’ll be an integral part of a supportive, skilled team that is committed to your professional success and of an organization that is both incredibly successful and a fun place to work each day.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute organic content plans, based on metrics, SEO data, and input from the field.
  • Understand the company’s messaging and objectives and clearly communicate the connection between content recommendations and business goals; provide sound business justification for investment (based on market trends, audience/traffic insights, past campaign data, and past experience)
  • Produce localized content across regions, in terms of both language and specific messaging needs.
  • Work cross-departmentally to align SEO content with existing content marketing strategy.

Requirements
  • Mother-tongue-level English writing and speaking skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (cybersecurity experience a major plus) in B2B marketing
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience writing for SEO
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams and interacting with different people on a daily basis
  • Comfortable creating, testing, and measuring data-driven content
  • Curious about current and emerging content marketing technology trends and platforms
  • Experience developing content calendars and assets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with SEO metrics (SEMRush, etc.) and engagement and metrics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Most of all – you need to be a nice person. No exceptions!

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
