This role is designed for someone who enjoys being involved in the pursuit of new logo clients in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment. This role partners with our selling and support teams, supports our business development efforts with Financial Advisors and TPA’s, and builds our presence in the Tax-Exempt retirement plan marketplace. You will identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with Fidelity Account Executives, TPA’s, and Financial Advisors across half of the country. You will focus on educating teammates and outside partners on our processes and services. You will also work with internal partners and be responsible for key projects with our Tax-Exempt product, marketing, and sales support teams. Mostly, you will be supporting Account Executives win new Tax-Exempt retirement plans in the $20-100M plan marketplace. You will ensure our sales approach sets clients and Advisors up for success once on board with our solutions.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series 63 and 7 required for this position
- Defined contribution, including service model, processes, and platform knowledge
- Knowledge and experience with tax-exempt recordkeeping
- Approximately 50% travel requirement

The Value You Deliver
- Acting as the Tax-Exempt subject matter expert for all Core Market sales in the $20-100M plan market
- Assisting in sales presentations - both wholesaling meetings and sales finalist presentations
- Provide feedback to Proposal Database team to improve database responses
- Providing input on new products and services based on changing Financial Advisor and TPA and new business requirements

The Team
Fidelity Workplace Investing Sales is a collaborative, conscientious, fast-moving, and exciting environment. We serve the corporate and Tax-Exempt organizations of America by assessing their needs and offering creative solutions through Fidelity’s retirement plan solutions, education, and services. This role is crafted to work collaboratively with the Sales Account Executives to provide information to prospective clients and financial advisors in an effort to win new business. In this role you will have direct responsibility for working with a team of top-tier sales professionals to help bring the value of Fidelity’s Tax-Exempt retirement solutions to our Advisors, TPAs, and prospects.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
