At Advisor360°, we build technology that transforms how wealth management firms operate, scale, and serve their clients. As a leading SaaS platform in the fintech space, we’re trusted by some of the largest independent broker-dealers and RIAs to power the full advisor and client experience—from portfolio construction and reporting to compliance and client engagement.

What sets us apart? It's not just the tech (though it's best-in-class). It's the people, the purpose, and the passion behind everything we do.

We’re a team of builders, thinkers, and doers who believe that great companies are defined by the stories they tell and the experiences they create—internally and externally. We bring deep industry expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to innovation as we reshape what’s possible in wealth management.

As we grow, we’re looking for teammates who are ready to roll up their sleeves, think big, and help elevate our brand in a way that reflects the bold ambitions we have for our company and the clients we serve. Join us, and be part of a company that's not only moving fast—but making it count.

This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

Advisor360° is building the future of wealth management: a fully agentic operating system that eliminates manual work, accelerates client service, and unlocks new levels of advisor productivity. As part of this transformation, we are hiring a VP, Agentic Operations to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution of our Digital Workforce portfolio—including Meeting IQ, Email IQ, Account Opening IQ, and next-generation operational agent workflows.

This is a 0→1 executive builder role, ideal for a leader who behaves like a startup CEO: intensely customer-driven, fast-moving, technically fluent, and capable of transforming ambiguous opportunity into production-ready agentic systems that deliver measurable operational leverage for broker-dealers and RIAs. This role will report to the Chief Product & Engineering Officer.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Agentic Operations Product Portfolio
    • Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Digital Workforce products, including Meeting IQ, Email IQ, Account Opening IQ, and emerging agentic workflows across Operations, Compliance, and Advisor support.
    • Define PMF, scale early prototypes, and build repeatable agentic patterns that materially reduce NIGO rates, cycle times, and operational costs for enterprise wealth firms.
    • Establish the criteria for graduating agents from alpha → beta → production, ensuring reliability, transparency, safety, auditability, and compliance alignment.
    • Lead prioritization across high-value operational use cases, orchestrating a “bowling pin” market strategy grounded in evidence and design-partner commitments.
  • Design Partner Development & Market Discovery
    • Identify, recruit, and close design partners—including large broker-dealers, enterprise RIAs, and multi-office practices.
    • Operate with a Palantir-style mindset: deeply embed with early partners, leverage Forward-Deployed Engineers (FDEs), and tailor agentic workflows to customer-specific systems and data.
    • Build a structured playbook for rapid iteration, partner validation, and evidence generation.
  • Agentic Platform & Execution Framework
    • Champion operational excellence with data-driven inspection and decision making, having an extreme bias for action, while maintaining and increasing our already high standards.
    • Partner with AI platform teams to shape the agentic runtime, orchestration layer, exception handling, human-in-the-loop decisioning, and trust/safety primitives.
    • Build repeatable templates for agent skill libraries (document ingestion, task planning, extraction, summarization, classification, outbound action execution).
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Work across Product, Engineering, Design, Client Success, Implementations, GTM, Compliance, and Sales to deliver agentic workflows that are deployable across our installed base.
    • Partner closely with FDEs to deliver high-value, customer-specific agent deployments that accelerate adoption and shape roadmap direction.
    • Serve as the external face of agentic operations for strategic accounts, prospects, and industry events.
  • Team Leadership & Talent Development
    • Hire, coach, and scale a team of PMs and FDE-style technical operators who can lead deep customer engagements and ship quickly.
    • Build a culture of clarity, ownership, speed, and customer obsession.
    • Establish execution frameworks for fast-cycle roadmapping, KPI tracking, and operational inspection.

What You Bring to the Table:

  •  10–12+ years of product leadership with a strong 0→1 track record in SaaS, AI-first companies, workflow automation, or enterprise systems.
  • Experience building agentic, LLM-powered, or automation-driven products; comfort with orchestration frameworks, retrieval pipelines, and human-in-the-loop designs.
  • Ability to work directly with enterprise customers, including design-partner management, co-development structures, and FDE-style deployments.
  • Strong executional instincts: can move fast while maintaining a high bar for quality, trust, and compliance.
  • Ability to “dive deep” into operational workflows, data structures, process mapping, and customer environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with technical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Wealth management or fintech experience is preferred but not required; strong aptitude and speed of learning are required.
  • Experience recruiting and developing top-tier PMs, technical product owners, or hybrid FDEs.

What success looks like:

  • New AI agents and skills are deployed and driving measurable operational efficiency across top clients.
  • Agentic Operations has clear PMF and a repeatable go-to-market model anchored in design-partner evidence.
  • The first “bowling pin” segments (e.g., account opening, case management, compliance tasks) show demonstrable adoption and contracted ARR.
  • The team operates like a high-functioning startup within Advisor360°, moving fast with excellent judgment and strong cross-functional alignment.
