Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
- Provide personalized support and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Digital Sales Execution
- Drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting product offerings, and closing sales via eCommerce platforms and CRM tools.
- Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries, upsell and cross-sell products, and follow up on leads.
- Product and Promotion Implementation
- Coordinate virtual merchandising efforts, including setting up digital planograms, launching online promotions, and ensuring product visibility across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align on campaign execution.
- Data-Driven Sales Strategy
- Analyze customer data, sales trends, and platform performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Use insights to tailor outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration and Reporting
- Maintain regular communication with District and Regional Managers to align on goals, share feedback, and report on performance metrics.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Equivalent experience in sales or customer service may be considered.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in eCommerce, retail, or inside sales.
- Proven success in remote or virtual sales environments.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Proficiency in digital communication tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
- Familiarity with online merchandising, digital planograms, and virtual product presentations.
- Comfortable using data analytics tools to track performance and customer behavior.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust through virtual channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
