Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Ultrasound Market General Manager and Product Sales Specialists (PSSs) to drive market performance and meet revenue goals for assigned accounts and territory.

  • Drive visibility and market growth within your assigned territories

  • ​Maintain a consistent funnel and accurately forecast orders and sales using applicable sales funnel tools and reporting systems.

  • Partner effectively with various internal and external partners to align on strategy and ensure market coverage and order attainment.

  • Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans, including opportunity identification and competitive positioning.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, creating strategic account plans to support long-term growth.

  • Focus on the Non-Acute Healthcare segment within the assigned territory.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ultrasound products and be able to clearly articulate their clinical and technological benefits in customer-relevant terms.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of selling/promotion experience in a medical, healthcare, technical field or Life Sciences.

  • 2+ years sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach.

  • Experience driving tender/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation and closure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales and margin targets as well as to maximize customer satisfaction assigned territory.

  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.

  • Excellent negotiation & closing skills

  • Strong presentation skills
