Position Overview
The Remote Virtual Assistant will provide administrative support to the leadership team and departments, managing calendars, communications, data entry, and more. You will be a key player in keeping the team organized and functioning smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage schedules, book meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Data Entry & Filing: Manage electronic records, input data, and maintain document organization.
- Task Coordination: Assist with task tracking and project management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20+ per hour (depending on experience).
