The Crown Is Yours
As a VIP Sales Associate, you will join a team that services high-potential and prospective VIP players through the delivery of exceptional guest service, operational best practices, sales tactics, and employee development. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day execution of our industry-leading engagement strategy. As the first point of contact for potential VIP's, you will utilize your communication skills to understand our players' needs, cultivating long-term loyalty and driving business growth.
What you'll do as a VIP Sales Associate

  • Develop and optimize strategies for player engagement and qualification, and effectively evaluate players' potential for placement in DraftKings' VIP Program.
  • Engage with high-potential players through a variety of outbound communication channels, using a variety of communication tactics.
  • Create strong, authentic, and trusted player relationships and deliver a VIP-level experience that will drive high levels of brand advocacy.
  • Exceed engagement and service level performance targets.
  • Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Execute against all VIP policies and guidelines, including responsible gaming policies.
  • Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state and product launches.


What you'll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing role.
  • Experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to think quickly and critically when negotiating with a player.
