About this role

The US Wealth Portfolio Design and Services Pillar team is responsible for product development and commercialization of Whole Portfolio Solutions business - one of the fastest growing and most innovative product areas at BlackRock. Whole Portfolio Solutions is a comprehensive offering that helps advisors design, customize and manage portfolios. We are looking for a Vice President to join the team to manage the business operations of our whole portfolio business with a focus on product activation across platform partners.

 

Whole Portfolio Vice President Example Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage operational and service functions across whole portfolio implementation partners, supporting roadmap and strategic initiatives.

  • Assist in maintaining strong working relationships with partners by tracking requirements, documenting enhancements, and coordinating updates across teams.

  • Coordinate and support product integration and activation across platform partners including Custom Model Solutions, Aperio, Fixed income SMA, private markets and SpiderRock.

  • Develop resources, content and materials that clearly articulate the whole portfolio vision and roadmap to educate and support internal commercialization and sales teams.

  • Oversight of key internal systems such as Coupa, AIM, Audit tools, ServiceNow, and Process Unity to service and support platform operations.

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across BlackRock to support new external platform integrations and whole portfolio expansion initiatives.

  • Support workflow and automation projects, helping identify process improvements and develop scalable tools that enhance team productivity.

For San Francisco, CA and New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$150,000.00 - USD$200,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance. For Princeton, NJ, Boston, MA and Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$135,000.00 - USD$185,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
