Summary of Role:

The Vice President of Global Supply Planning is responsible for leading global demand and supply planning and materials management across GlobalFoundries manufacturing network. This leader will ensure alignment between customer demand, wafer capacity, technology roadmaps, and operational execution to deliver predictable supply, strong customer outcomes, and optimal financial performance.

This role operates at the center of the company’s commercial and manufacturing ecosystem, partnering closely with Sales, Business Units, Manufacturing, Finance and Supply Chain to translate market demand into executable supply plans across the global fab network.

The VP will drive an integrated planning process that balances revenue growth, customer commitments, cycle time, and cost efficiency.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Lead global supply planning across all fabs, technologies, and product lines

· Translate demand forecasts into wafer start plans, fab loading strategies, and long-range capacity outlooks

· Drive the company’s Integrated Business Planning process to align demand, supply, and financial targets

· Provide supply assurance through the execution time horizon by leading the global materials and parts supportability team

· Partner with Manufacturing and Technology teams on capacity strategy, technology transitions, and ramp plans

· Provide executive leadership with visibility to supply risks, constraints, and mitigation options

· Support customer commitments by ensuring reliable supply and delivery performance

· Establish allocation frameworks during constrain

Require Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or operations leadership within a complex manufacturing environment (semiconductor preferred)
  • Proven experience leading integrated demand, supply, and production planning across multiple sites and global customers
  • Strong data and analytics background with hands‑on experience using ERP and advanced planning systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders

Expected Salary Range

$220,000.00 - $410,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
