The Role
Entegris is currently seeking a Vice President, Sales Operations to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role blends sales strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional leadership to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and compliance across global markets. The position will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Customer Service leadership, ensuring strategic initiatives and execution priorities. The role will require frequent interaction with the Chief Commercial Officer to align and execute the commercial strategy. Key responsibilities include forecasting, oversight of opportunity management, and driving continuous improvement. The position will also work closely with regional presidents, BU leadership and Finance.
What You’ll Do
Establish and evolve the global sales operations strategy, translating corporate objectives into scalable operating models that drive predictable revenue growth across all regions.
Drive enterprise-level sales and customer service process optimization, identifying systemic bottlenecks and leading transformation initiatives that simplify execution, reduce friction, and increase seller productivity worldwide.
Own the global sales operating cadence, including sales district assignments, forecasting frameworks, incentive governance, and performance management standards.
Oversee and govern the global sales technology ecosystem (CRM, ERP, analytics, and enablement platforms), ensuring integration, adoption, data integrity, and measurable ROI at enterprise scale.
Provide executive level leadership on regional in-quality sales forecasts, secure Business Unit alignment and drive resolution of obstacles to optimize revenue performance.
Lead global commercial business reviews and strategic operations cadences to ensure broad alignment of strategic opportunities and alignment on key initiatives with Sales and Business Unit Managers.
Responsible for the successful implementation of global performance measurement for opportunity pipeline, defining KPIs such as pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales cycle efficiency.
Lead, develop, a global sales operations leadership organization, fostering a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
Partner cross-functionally to align resources, remove barriers, and deliver strategic initiatives that support company growth and performance.
Ensure global compliance and governance, aligning sales operations practices with local regulations, and corporate policies.
What We Seek
15–20 years of progressive experience in sales operations, channel management, or revenue operations within complex, global environments.
Demonstrated success leading global, multi-region organizations and managing leaders at scale.
Deep expertise in global sales processes, forecasting, territory and quota design, and operating model governance.
Strong enterprise-level communication skills, including the ability to present and influence senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
Strong global mindset with demonstrated cross-cultural leadership and international business experience
Proven capability in enterprise transformation, change management, and systems modernization.

Compensation: $260,000.00 - $320,000.00 a year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
