Overview
The Integrity & Standards team is part of the Security Solutions organization and responsible for securing Mastercard transactions by managing minimum security standards on stakeholders, industry standards, fraud attacks & insights and network Integrity.
The Vice President, Network Behavior Management Governance & Performance role is responsible for implementing and evolving the governance and guardrails around the Network Behavior Management (NBM) program globally.
Role• Develop clear, repeatable analytics designed to measure the performance of the NBM program (e.g., harm, benefits, etc.) that will be the foundation of the program's communication strategy• Manage the NBM Revenue Transformation Steering Committee to ensure a clear exit strategy for the NBM fees and mapping of behavior against MA solutions• Manage a team of data analysts to generate monthly, quarterly and annual analytics on the entire program and ensure consistent performance measurement globally• Manage adherence to the NBM program governance framework
