The VP of the Federal/Civilian business unit will lead the portfolio of programs for federal/civilian agencies (e.g., DOJ, DHS, etc.) consisting of large engineering, deployment and operations teams on a technology-based programs supporting key customers in the government space. These programs will deliver services for sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. This enterprise infrastructure may integrate with diverse local and global wide area network infrastructures. Engineering services include modern application technology including automation and AI to provide solutions to a diverse set of customers across different agencies with unique missions. The vice president is a key member of the Intelligence Solutions Business Area. The person will partner with the IS Leadership to ensure successful execution of the Federl/Civilian portfolio of programs including key financial and growth salients, engage with customers at senior leadership levels, drive rigor in compliance, promote quality and continuous improvement, grow existing work and develop new business opportunities, set vision and strategy and implement accompanying actions. The VP will shape employee engagement strategy across the portfolio; lead through inspiration to enhance employee performance and team optimization.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $196296 - $333704

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Overseeing programs execution, financial performance, strategic direction and new business growth; hold PMs accountable for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals for programs in the portfolio
- Management of Fed/CIV portfolio made up of programs, and develop long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years of the contracts.
- Driving growth across the business through partnering with Business Winning to develop and execute a pipeline, ensure effective customer-driven captures and developing innovative solutions during the proposal process.
- Cultivating strategic partnerships and customer relationships in order to maintaining strong market position, shape future opportunities and develop addressable market
- Supporting creation and execution of multi-year business strategies for portfolio according to the business plan
- Attracting and retaining talent through growth and development opportunities, feedback and leadership modeling
- Partnering with functions to identify and develop technical solutions to solve customer's business needs
