The Vice President of Belonging will play a crucial role in promoting inclusion and belonging across the organization. This position is responsible for driving stronger community and innovation to ultimately create a best-in-class colleague experience to continue to enable us in delivering outstanding solutions for our customers. The role will also be part of the Rewards and Belonging leadership team, reporting into the Senior Vice President, Rewards and Belonging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that promote inclusion and belonging across all levels of the organization.

  • Community Building: Foster a sense of community and belonging among employees by creating programs and initiatives that encourage engagement and collaboration.

  • Innovation: Drive innovation by leveraging diverse perspectives and creating an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.

  • Employee Experience: Enhance the colleague experience by addressing barriers to inclusion and ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.

  • Governance: Establish practical governance structures with clear roles driving progress of belonging initiatives. Partnering with our Global Inclusion Networks (GINs) and other internal networks to collaborate and promote community building.

  • Customer Solutions: Deliver outstanding solutions for our customers by promoting a culture of inclusion and belonging that drives creativity and excellence.

  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their understanding and commitment to inclusion and belonging.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of inclusion and belonging initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership.

  • Partnerships: Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders to promote best practices in inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience focused on inclusion and belonging, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and inspire others.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies for inclusion and belonging.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement strategies in a global organization.

  • In-depth understanding of inclusion and belonging best practices and trends in highly engaged environments that fosters innovation and collaboration.

  • Commitment: Passionate about creating an inclusive environment and dedicated to promoting a culture of belonging.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $203,900 - $262,150
