Job description


We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Contract Sourcer to play a pivotal role in building robust talent pipelines for our critical sales and technical teams. Your expertise will play a critical role in elevating ePayPolicy’s talent standards and directly impact hiring speed. This is a 3-month contract opportunity ideal for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of sourcing top-tier talent in a fast-paced environment.  


In this role, you will: 

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build high-quality pipelines for key technical and non-technical roles.

  • Become a subject matter expert in understanding the specific skills, experience, and qualifications required for each role, focusing on quality over quantity. 

  • Employ creative sourcing strategies, leveraging traditional and nontraditional channels.

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through personalized and compelling outreach.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby).

  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress in weekly hiring team meetings. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical sourcing.


What you bring: 

  • 2+ years of experience as a sourcer, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment working on various roles. Sales and technical sourcing experience is highly preferred.

  • A strong track record of developing and implementing creative and successful sourcing strategies beyond traditional methods.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite), job boards, ATS platforms, and other related technologies. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with technical professionals.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative and ownership of your calibration, strategy, and workflow. 

  • A data-driven approach to tracking sourcing metrics

  • Must be eligible to work as a 1099 contractor in the United States.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 3 months (potential for extension based on business needs)

  • Location: Hybrid preferred (Austin, TX)

Note that as a contractor, you will not be eligible for benefits.

We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however, the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
