Job SummaryEpiq is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the strategy, development, and growth of its AI-powered product portfolio within legal and compliance solutions.
This role will focus on shaping and scaling Epiq AI™—a suite of agentic AI solutions designed to enhance decision-making, reduce risk, and increase productivity across complex legal workflows, including litigation, compliance, and regulatory use cases.
You will operate at the intersection of AI platform capabilities, enterprise SaaS products, and domain-specific applications, translating advanced technology into high-impact, client-facing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Epiq AI offerings
- Identify opportunities to expand AI-driven solutions across legal and compliance workflows
- Balance platform capabilities with solution-specific offerings to drive adoption and growth
AI Productization
- Lead the productization of AI capabilities, including document intelligence, conversational AI, and workflow automation
- Translate complex AI systems into scalable, user-focused products
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to bring new capabilities from concept to production
Commercialization & Growth
- Define product packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy
- Partner with Sales and leadership to drive product adoption and revenue growth
- Establish success metrics tied to client value and business outcomes
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate across engineering, AI, legal domain experts, and operations
- Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery
- Establish scalable product management practices
Customer & Market Insight
- Understand customer workflows in legal and regulated environments
- Translate complex requirements into high-value product experiences
- Ensure solutions meet expectations for accuracy and defensibility
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- - 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS
- Track record of leading AI-enabled or data-driven products
- Experience in regulated industries preferred
Product Leadership
- Ability to define product vision and drive execution at scale
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
Technical & AI Fluency
- Familiarity with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or data platforms
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
Business & Strategic Acumen
- Experience with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities

The Compensation range for this role is 225,000 to 295,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
