Provides a wide variety of technical and modeling support to Consigli’s teams during all project phases from proposals to completion. The successful candidate may be located at a project site and assigned to a single larger project or may be based in the office and work on a number of projects and assignments using a variety of tools. Additionally, the successful candidate may support project pursuits by working with team members to produce supporting technical and presentation graphics for proposals and interviews.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions- Lead and manage VDC coordination processes across all project phases.
- Support project teams with model development, clash detection, quantity takeoffs, and logistics planning.
- Collaborate with operations and preconstruction teams to integrate VDC workflows into project planning and execution.
- Develop, maintain, and implement VDC standards and best practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to internal staff on VDC technologies and processes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the creation of presentation graphics and technical visuals for proposals, interviews, and client meetings.
- Ensure all VDC deliverables meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to VDC and BIM.
- Ability to work on multiple projects or tasks at once.

- Excellent graphic presentation skills.
- Proficiency using BIM/CAD tools: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autocad.
- Ability to use supporting/presentation software: 3DS Max, SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop.
