Lead large or multiple construction projects across full lifecycle: manage budget, schedule, risk, resources, safety, and stakeholder relations. Mentor and evaluate staff, support preconstruction and procurement, run meetings, oversee reporting/financials, and drive business development and profit optimization.

Lead VDC coordination across project phases, develop and maintain models, perform clash detection and quantity takeoffs, integrate VDC workflows with operations and preconstruction, train staff, coordinate with subcontractors, and produce presentation graphics and technical visuals for proposals and meetings.

Provide technical oversight and coordination for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems from preconstruction through closeout. Review designs for constructability, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, support scheduling and commissioning, monitor construction progress, manage submittals/RFIs/change orders, troubleshoot system issues, and mentor project and field personnel to ensure systems meet plans, codes, and performance requirements.

Lead and manage preconstruction phase: prepare and review detailed estimates, develop schedules, assess risks, support value engineering, coordinate with clients/design teams, and assist procurement and estimating to ensure project budgeting and readiness.

Oversee and maintain the regional construction safety program: conduct site visits, lead trainings, perform hazard assessments and incident investigations, ensure OSHA compliance, manage safety documentation, coordinate subcontractor compliance, and support high-risk activity planning to drive continuous improvement.

Support multiple construction projects as a technical and field quality resource. Develop and review site-specific quality management plans, conduct field checks, verify materials, lead pre-operational meetings, track punch lists and mock-ups, deliver training (including Procore), facilitate lessons learned, and drive corporate quality/process improvements while coordinating with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and subject-matter experts.

Lead construction projects across their lifecycle: manage budget, schedule, risk, resources, safety, subcontractors and client relationships. Oversee procurement, project controls, closeout, staffing, and mentoring. Support business development activities, prepare proposals, and ensure quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Assist Project Manager in overseeing project execution including document control, subcontractor coordination, schedule and cost control, reporting, closeout, and supervision/mentoring of Project Engineers. Serve as primary contact for owners, design teams, and subcontractors, support change management, prepare estimates and reports, conduct field observations, and ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout the project.

Provide business-focused legal support for a construction company: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; support purchasing and marketing; manage litigation and outside counsel; assist with corporate filings, claims, training, and maintain legal templates and resources.
