Leads procurement and subcontractor sourcing for utility-scale renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Negotiates trade contracts and equipment agreements, evaluates bids, manages supplier relationships, coordinates owner-supplied and long-lead equipment, and develops transportation, warehousing, and site logistics plans. The role also oversees commercial risk, contract administration, change management, supplier performance, market analysis, and delivery readiness across solar, BESS, substation, and grid projects.

Manages the strategy, design, administration, compliance, vendor relationships, and cost effectiveness of employee benefits and wellness programs. Oversees health and welfare plans, fiduciary obligations, regulatory filings, open enrollment, benefits communications, plan documentation, system testing, and vendor performance. Partners with HR leadership to develop annual plan recommendations and resolve escalated benefits issues.

Supports accounting and financial management for federally funded construction projects. Responsibilities include accounts payable, project budget setup, owner billing, intercompany transactions, cost reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, variance analysis, audit preparation, and compliance monitoring. The role requires maintaining auditable records, applying FAR and CAS requirements, determining allowable costs, and supporting cost-reimbursable, time-and-material, and federal grant contracts.
