As a UX Metrics Specialist at CVS Health you will be part of a growing team of digital innovators and user experience professionals that want to make an impact and help people manage their health by designing experiences that meet user goals and exceed expectations.
In this role, you will be embedded on a ResearchOps team that sits within an established DesignOps team. The team supports larger UX Research team to standardize and scale UX research across all CVS Health portfolios. The ResearchOps team focuses on four main pillars: Knowledge Management, Designer Coaching, Tools and Processes, and Team Growth.

UX Metrics Specialist responsibilities:

  • Develop metrics and KPIs that quantify the business impact of UX design.
  • Create processes and mechanisms for tracking and reporting on metrics over time.
  • Create and maintain scorecards that layer qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Collaborate with other DesignOps colleagues to capture and report on team performance, eg: culture, work velocity, etc.
  • Collaborate with other CVS teams measuring customer experience impact.
  • Perform routine benchmarking of CVS & Aetna digital products.
  • Design and facilitate multidisciplinary workshops that yield tangible outputs.
  • Take ambiguous organizational problems and turn them into simple, implementable solutions.
  • Apply systems thinking to navigate a complex and changing enterprise to drive standards and change.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UX research or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience working with digital product analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with live site performance tools, eg: Quantum Metrics, Medallia, Adobe Analytics, etc.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Usability, Human Factors, HCI, Psychology or equivalent/relevant work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
