Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features
- Create clear, actionable data visualizations that help users extract insights from complex data
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, shape product direction, and iterate based on customer feedback
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into your designs
- Apply and extend our design system to maintain consistency
- Transform complex user needs into elegant, intuitive solutions
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
- 3-5 years of UX design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating how you've simplified complex data or processes
- Strong proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
- Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions to non-designers
- Experience with usability testing and iterative design processes
- Experience with design systems
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and industry challenges
- Experience designing for B2B SaaS enterprise products
- Experience with user research methods beyond usability testing
- The ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas to communicate concepts and drive excitement.
