We're running a paid study on how customer research is conducted at smaller organizations. Understanding your tool usage, switching triggers, and spending habits helps shape future product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. We want to know what drives your team to adopt new platforms or stick with existing solutions.
How It WorksDuring a remote video interview, you will walk us through a recent customer research project from start to finish. We will ask you to detail the tools you used, how you managed the budget, and what influenced your purchasing decisions. You will also review a few hypothetical messaging concepts and share your candid feedback. The conversation flows as a standard user interview with occasional screen sharing to demonstrate your workflow.
Who This Is ForThis study targets professionals who actively run or commission user research within their organizations. We welcome product managers, UX researchers, marketing leaders, and consumer insights specialists. Ideal candidates wear multiple hats and have direct involvement in their team's software budget or purchasing decisions.
