We're running a paid study on the day-to-day workflows and specific tooling challenges faced by user research professionals. Better understanding these friction points helps us evaluate what solutions actually improve the research process. The insights gathered will directly influence how teams manage user research tasks, synthesis, and participant data.
How It WorksYou will participate in a 60-minute remote video interview to discuss your current user research practices. We will ask you to walk us through a recent project, highlighting the tools you use and any bottlenecks you encounter along the way. You will also react to various workflow scenarios and share your perspective on ideal tooling setups. Please note that this session will be recorded for our internal research purposes.
Who This Is ForWe are looking for practicing User Researchers, UX Researchers, and Design Researchers who manage participant workflows and tooling.
