We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee critical internal functions related to human resources, compliance, and logistics.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate handling of HR documentation, payroll, benefits administration, and U.S. regulatory compliance, while also managing logistics processes including sales tax setup, tariff planning, and import/export documentation.

💻 Key Responsibilities:
  1. Human Resources & Compliance

  • Coordinate and ensure timely submission of all payroll-related documentation.

  • Oversee the implementation and administration of employee healthcare and benefits programs.

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.

  • Manage and maintain internal HR documentation, including new hire onboarding, compliance forms, and related filings.

  • Support periodic audits and ensure adherence to employment and operational standards.

  1. Logistics & Regulatory Operations

  • Set up and manage U.S. sales tax compliance across applicable states, including registration, collection, and reporting.

  • Research and coordinate tariff obligations for international shipments and ensure appropriate documentation is completed.

  • Monitor changes in trade regulations, import/export requirements, and logistics compliance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant movement of goods domestically and internationally.

  • Work closely with the EU team to ensure business operational continuity.

🔎 We are looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, logistics, or compliance roles.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor law, benefits administration, and tax compliance.

  • Experience working with payroll systems and HR software.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
