Position Summary
Boston Medical Center – Brighton is seeking a full-time, board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join our Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinical care in both outpatient and inpatient settings and will participate in our academic and educational mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, medical management, and surgical care for a broad range of adult urologic conditions
- Outpatient office practice and inpatient consultation services
- Procedural and operative responsibilities consistent with training and privileges
- Participate in multidisciplinary care and collaborate with colleagues across specialties
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered clinical care for a diverse population
- Support resident and medical student education
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
- Completion of fellowship training in Urology
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
- Interest in medical education and academic practice

Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation and benefits consistent with experience. Full benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, CME support, and malpractice coverage.
Compensation range $385,619 - $458,541
The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
