Job Summary:The Ultrasound Digital Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of advanced digital and AI solutions across healthcare facilities. This role combines consultative selling, clinical expertise, and strategic account management to deliver tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution:
- Sell Digital solutions and services, and within a defined territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and penetrate new accounts while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Digital Expertise & Support:
- Provide product demonstrations and in-service education to clinicians and decision-makers.
- Act as a productexpert in areas such as Radiology, Cardiology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and Point of Care.
- Support demos, implementation, and training for ultrasound digital platforms.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet clinical and operational goals.
- Deliver compelling value propositions and differentiate offerings from competitors.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work cross-functionally with Ultrasound team members, marketing, R&D, and clinical teams to align on product positioning.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams.
- Lead or support strategic initiatives, including digital transformation and workflow optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years of experience in outside sales.
- Strong understanding of funnel management and sales process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and strategic accounts.
- Demonstrated history will sales process execution
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
- Project management and training delivery experience.
