- Lead end-to-end UKG Pro implementations
- Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and design meetings with clients to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Configure UKG Pro modules such as:
- People Center, Pay, Benefits, Onboarding, Recruiting, Learning, HR Service Delivery, Compensation, Performance.
- Experience with SQL and BI preferred
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimization services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, integration consultants, and client stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal best practices and methodology development
- Multiple years of experience in UKG Pro implementations
- Experience with joint UKG Pro and WFM implementations is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of HR systems, workforce management, and payroll processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
- Strong technical HRIS knowledge
- Ability to effectively analyze client needs and recommend solutions
- A disciplined approach to project delivery including defining and tracking milestones, deadlines, testing requirements and results, and deliverables
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts; easily develops rapport and earns trust
- Ability to manage multiple projects (for different clients) simultaneously and prioritize effectively while ensuring high quality of work and timely delivery
- Must be able to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment
- Demonstrates initiative; self-starter able to independently manage assigned portfolio of projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders in client organizations
- Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, and retail sectors
- UKG Pro Certifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and expressions

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $85,100 - $161,700Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
