Position Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT support operations at clinical locations using the current Reliant ticketing system which also includes traveling on site to clinics
- Provide white gloves services for end-user experience - such as onboarding, technical installation of hardware, answering technical questions and following up with users. Provide timely and accurate support to the user community
- IT Support for any escalations from a clinical location
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety and range of hardware and software related problems with operating systems, applications (including vendor software packages), and network configuration; replacing parts as required
- Adapt to new technologies, process new information and help customers through technological changes. Improves and implements procedures as needed and/or assigned
- Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of prior experience supporting PCs and printers
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Office, or Active Directory
- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- A+, Comp TIA and / or MCSA Certification
