The Treasury Coordinator manages bank accounts, processes transactions, reports cash information, and handles various treasury tasks, ensuring operational efficiency.
WinnCompanies is looking for a Treasury Coordinator to join our Regional Office located in Lowell, MA.
In this role, you will maintain bank accounts, process transactions and requests, report cash information, and work on special projects. You will ensure that Winn’s accounts are in good standing, department is able to meet business client requests, and support the completion projects.
This is a hybrid position which work schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm; 4 days in office and 1 remote day.
Responsibilities
- Process daily account activities such as running and transmit bank issue files.
- Monitor and decision Positive Pay Exception Items.
- Process HR funding requests, NY/NJ security deposit move-in/move-out requests, online tax payments and account closing requests.
- Monitor and distribute requests from the Treasury inbox. Pull, track and report abandoned property liabilities according to state requirements. Order bank supplies.
- Process cash transactions. Download and provide outstanding check information for the Property Accountants to reconcile accounts and clear up stale-dated checks.
- Process requests for emergency cashier’s checks, stop Payments, direct deposit subsidy/auto-debit forms.
- Initiate banking transactions. Enter federal wires, ACH and internal transfers for all Winn accounts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1 - 3 years of work related experience.
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites.
- Ability to read and write in English, to understand basic instructions and take direction from supervisors.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work, work to deadlines using sound judgement.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional and respectful manner.
- Superb attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum of 1 year Treasury, Banking, or Business experience.
