This person administers GM's Treasury Management System, confirms all trades done with banks, oversees bank portal access/control, and process compliance related to treasury payments.
This role focuses on maintaining and improving business operations, ensuring continuity and efficiency across teams and systems.

Core Competencies and Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization & Standardization
- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements across business processes.
- Ensuring consistent practices across regions or departments.
- Responsible of GM Treasury compliance & controls, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements while supporting audit requests and documentation.
- Manage Treasury Management Systems and ensures data integrity
- Change Management & Implementation, coordinating training and adoption efforts, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead project of upcoming TMS upgrade and implementation.
- Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation: addressing operational disruptions and ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Trade Settlement & Confirmation, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of FX, derivatives, and money market transactions.
- Confirming trades with counterparties and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively within high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Help teams understand project relevance to operational strategy and enterprise goals.
- Demonstrate leadership by embodying GM behaviors, prioritizing personal development, and fostering a positive Workplace of Choice culture.
- Anticipate and meet partner needs proactively, contributing to workload prioritization and decision-making processes.
- Lead negotiations with business partners.
- Set up and improve cash management processes for existing and new entities.
- Provide guidance and coordination for bank and other financial account opening, closing.
- Support audit and KYC requests related to entities
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience with Finance, Accounting or Treasury
- Bachelors in Accounting, Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering or related
- Experience with TM Systems (WallStreet Suite, SAP, FIS- Quantum)
