Trainee/Junior AI Engineer

You will be working on our internal product, focused on process optimization and automation for clients.

We are looking for an AI Engineer who:

• Has 1+ years of experience in working with AI/LLMs;
• Is proficient in Python/Java; 
• Has experience with ML frameworks;
• Experienced with data preprocessing and feature engineering;
• Has strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques;
• Has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Can speak and write in English on Upper-intermediate or higher level and efficiently communicate ideas, design, and document artefacts concisely;
• Manifests Kindgeek corporate values — trust, transparency, social responsibility, and a sense of beauty.
• Experience with Langchain/Langchain4j or similar frameworks would be a plus.

As an AI Engineer, you will:

• Preprocess and analyze large datasets;
• Manage and analyze big data to derive insights and improve models;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.
