As a Trading Services Associate within the Equity Derivatives middle office, you will support one of our most dynamic trading desks. You will act as a liaison between business, technology, and control partners globally. Your role involves investigating inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, and understanding our trading platforms. We value self-motivation, ownership, and attention to detail, making you an essential part of our team.
Job responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate capture of all transactions in Risk Management Systems.
  • Drive intraday and end-of-day processes, including completeness and reconciliation checks.
  • Monitor and perform all controls diligently, ensuring timely completion and sign-off.
  • Collaborate with global groups to resolve various types of breaks.
  • Participate in team initiatives, including corporate actions processes and monthly maturities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Basic knowledge of equity derivatives (options, swaps, barriers, risk sensitivity - Greeks).
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, basic Python, and Internet technologies.
  • Highly disciplined, self-starter, and ability to execute assignments independently.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the Line of Business.
  • Self-motivated and able to deliver within tight timeframes with minimal supervision.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Trade support and middle office exposure preferred.
