The Traceability Analyst is essential to protecting our ability to maintain continuous FSMA compliance and uphold end-to-end product traceability. This role provides the data integrity, visibility, and analytical rigor needed to detect issues early, resolve them quickly, and sustain reliable event flows across our network. By monitoring KPIs, analyzing exceptions, supporting mock traces, and partnering with our sites and functions, the Analyst ensures that our traceability system performs as intended every day-reducing regulatory risk, strengthening customer trust, and enabling a resilient U.S. supply chain.

Job Location: East Hanover, NJ preferred. Also open to remote locations. No relocation support is provided.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy

You will:
- Monitor traceability KPIs, exception trends, and data quality metrics.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to track compliance performance.
- Extract and analyze SAP, IDoc, ASN, and EPCIS data to identify gaps and issues.
- Investigate system and process issues; collaborate with EMs, IMs, Repack, and Log Ops on resolution.
- Support training materials, communication updates, and reinforcement of traceability processes.
- Support mock trace execution and prepare audit-ready documentation.
- Conduct data lineage reviews to trace root causes of missing or inaccurate events.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction and interface data flows across partners.
What you will bring

- Associate degree or higher
- Strong analytical rigor and demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Working fluency with SAP data (e.g., batches, deliveries, IDocs)
- Solid proficiency with Excel (comfortable with formulas, lookups, pivots) and ability to work with data in tools like PowerQuery
- High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
- Clear, concise communication of insights to cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage recurring routines and compliance-monitoring activities with consistency
